• Capable of working to tight deadlines,
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure,

• Knowledge of e-tailing and administrative function including on-line payment (whilst this position will not involve processing sales, it will require the ability to look at transaction history, authorize refund payments etc),
• Knowledge of parcel tracking systems
