Superb opportunity to join this leading lifestyle brand, heading up the Product Development & Production team. Managing a team of 10, you will oversee all stages of the development process from proto development through to production and delivery instore.
You will establish the critical path and you will be ultimately responsible for the effective delivery of garments to store.
You will also manage all sampling budgets and you will have full responsibility for margins across all lines and to maximise profitability without sacrificing quality standards, sourcing new suppliers where required.
Ideally you will be working in product development and production management. You will have a proven track record of developing a balanced sourcing base and you will possess a strong commercial understanding. You will demonstrate strong negotiation skills and excellent man management skills.
