Meet the Management Team
David Billinghurst
As MD, David has in excess of 20 years B2B entrepreneurial experience, primarily focused on the IT industry. In 1994 David co-founded Integralis Computer Solutions, assuming the position of Sales & Marketing Director. He was instrumental in the significant growth and subsequent sale of Integralis in 2000 to the PCPOS group. He left the company in 2004 and has since been successfully working in investment and new business start ups.
Will Willetts
Our Finance Director, Will is a qualified accountant with 25 years' experience gained in a variety of roles. Following qualification, he became a partner in a firm of Chartered Accountants. He advanced from here in 1996 to establish a software development business which was sold to iSoft plc. Latterly, Will has been engaged in a number of investment projects.
Mary Anderson Ford
Mary is Director of our Retail Division, personally recruiting within Merchandising with a focus on Senior appointments. Prior to joining to Whitepeak, Mary spent several years at a specialist retail agency recruiting for merchandisers, primarily focusing on the executive market. Mary originally trained at Michael Page Retail and prior to moving in to recruitment had a successful career within retail operations in the luxury sector.
Laura Crossley
As a leader within her field, Laura joined Whitepeak Retail to establish our successful Buying Division. Prior to her appointment with Whitepeak, Laura worked for a specialist fashion recruitment business where she was responsible for the Buying, Merchandising and Design teams. Her early career was within the Buying Department at Paul Smith, giving her unrivalled knowledge of the sector she now recruits for.
Louise Colkin
Louise Colkin recruits all levels of Retail Operations from Store Management through to Retail Director across both high street and the luxury sector. Initially starting her career working with Topshop and Gap in retail management, Louise then joined a specialist retail consultancy and progressed through to Senior Consultant, before running an on-site recruitment operation for one of the UK's largest retailers.
Jane Stammers
Jane is responsible for the Whitepeak Creative division which includes Creative, PR and Marketing. Personally recruiting within the Design, Technical and Wholesale arena for almost 9 years, Jane specialises in Senior level and Executive appointments and she has a wealth of experience and contacts within this competitive, niche market.
Danielle O'Rourke
Danielle O'Rourke specialises in PR, Marketing & E-commerce recruitment both inhouse and agency across a diverse range of sectors including Retail, Fashion (both highstreet and luxury), Beauty, Consumer, Corporate, Lifestyle and Property. Danielle spent 7 years working PR agency side at a variety of well known London PR agencies including: Modus Dowal Walker, Slice PR, Exposure and Yellowdoor Creative Marketing before transferring her skills and contacts to recruitment.
Scott Tunnell
A Finance recruitment specialist with over 10 years experience. Scott manages the Whitepeak Finance team of consultants, providing both permanent and temporary accountancy professionals across our varied client base. Scott is an original member of Hanson Lee and was integral in the growth of the business which led to the acquisition by Whitepeak Group.
